What happens in a session
In-person sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, energy work, guided breath and contemplative practices, somatic inquiry, and private instruction in Gongfu and Qigong, depending on what is most supportive in that moment.
The work is responsive, attentive, and shaped by the body’s signals rather than a fixed protocol.
Virtual sessions bookend the in-person work, offering space for reflection, refinement, integration, and seasonal guidance through Taoist cosmology, I Ching–based pattern recognition, and Classical Chinese Medicine principles.
How this work differs
Rather than separating physical treatment from insight or lifestyle change, this work integrates them into a single, continuous process.
The body is treated as an intelligent system embedded within larger rhythms - physiological, psychological, and cosmological.
The intention is not simply symptom relief, but the restoration of coherence across structure, energy, perception, and daily life.
